Logo Directions

We cast a wide net with initial logo directions. While I was driven to using the card layout style, the final logo was chosen for it's similarity with a popular sports media brand. The brand did however change the logo to something more akin to the cards silouette later on with a different execution.

Product Design

Site Design

Like most site redesign projects the starting point was the homepage. For a brand that's focus was card grading and consigment, credibility and quality we're lacking in it's current state. By integrating the new branding and creating polished visual focal points and refining th layout the update from the previous site was dramatic. The page state would be dynamic showcasing a mix of auction information, auction results, and testimonials. I would hard code the design and would later have the backend implemented by their engineering team.

Ad Creative

We crafted a range of print materials for the brand including magazine ads, certificates, event signage, as well as various display ads for use across the web.

I engaged GURO Design to receive a face-lift to a pre-existing company brand. What I received far exceeded my expectations ... for an internet based company like mine, the outward digital appearance is of critical-path importance and the trust I placed in Guro Design proved well placed.
